How the service works
- Please contact me (phone ,email ,facebook , whatsapp) – I will need a model number of your device to be able to give you accurate price and time frame
- Have your device dropped off – this is the time i visually make sure repair is possible and we agree all terms of the repair.
- Updates – at this point i will try to update any delays ,or if the repair is complete, to you directly
- Collect and Pay – at this point ll that is left to do is to collect and pay for your repair I take cash, card and bank transfer
All faulty products have to be reported immediately but no longer than 7 calendar days from the day on your receipt. (PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF) From the moment you report a fault you will be give additional 7 calendar days to return the item for inspection and possible repair.
